Alisyn O'Leary — Head of Survival

First year at camp?

Yes, it is my first year at Ouareau, but fear not! for I was a cadet for 7 years and have been to summer camps every year.

What are you most excited about returning to camp for?

I am most excited to come to Quebec, I visited once and longed to come back. Most of all, tis’ a pleasure to be part of a camp that prides itself on the empowerment of girls. By the time I’m through with you, you will love the woods just as much as I do!

What's something you're into right now?

At the moment I find myself fawning over a new fandom and movie, it’s called ‘’Kingsman’’: I love the MARVEL movies and everything about them. What can I say, I’m a Nerd and a Geek, and it’s just that simple.

Being a counsellor. Thoughts?

To be a camp counsellor is a big job, and to be an activity head as well! I have my work cut      out — the number one most important thing to me will be that the girls are happy and enjoying Survival.

Any last words?

My last words to everyone is that, no matter what you think you may see in me, I’m always full of surprises, I fight for what is right and always will!
